A Cup Of This Every Morning Will Cleanse Your Blood And Keep Your Weight Down!

A lipid is a common type of naturally-occurring molecule. Several types of lipids include fats and fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamins A, D, E, and K. A normal, healthy diet includes plenty of these vitamins as well as a small but reasonable amount of fat.

However, if you haven’t been eating as healthy as you could, lipids may wreak havoc on your body if you don’t take the proper measures. Eating too many unhealthy fats can lead to a high level of fat molecules in the blood, including cholesterol. Cholesterol can be very dangerous, increasing the likelihood of heart problems, such as heart attacks and chronic cardiovascular disease.

There are many ways to keep your heart healthy and your blood fat levels safe. Possibly the best way is to maintain a healthy, balanced diet. Avoid animal fats, especially from red meat such as beef and pork, and get your protein from sources like fish, yogurt, and egg whites. Foods such as egg yolk, cheese, and poultry also have some cholesterol in them; it is beneficial to limit these foods. You don’t have to give up animal products completely! Eating in moderation is the key.

Not all fat is unhealthy! In fact, eating what are called “healthy fats” is crucial to maintaining good overall health. Foods such as nuts, avocado, and seeds contain lipids that are beneficial to your body. These healthy fats have molecules that are very similar to cholesterol, but their function in your body is much different. Because they are so similar to cholesterol, if you eat more of them, the healthy fats will compete with cholesterol for absorption in your intestines. This means that less cholesterol will be absorbed!

However, if your diet has been suffering recently, there could already be an accumulation of fat in your blood at this very moment. Making changes to your diet is the most important thing, but there are things you can do to jump-start your journey to better health. Try this recipe to help cleanse your blood and keep your weight down.

Ingredients:
5 lemons, preferably organic
5 or 6 sprigs of parsley
3 liters of filtered water
1 tablespoon of baking soda

Directions:
Thoroughly chop lemons and parsley. Stir together with water in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then turn down heat and let simmer for 2 hours. Remove from heat, let cool for at least 1 hour. Add baking soda and stir thoroughly. Then, let mixture slowly simmer again for another 3 hours.

In the end, you should be left with about 1.5 liters of this mixture. Don’t worry if it’s a little more watery; it will still be effective. Drink about 1/2 cup of it each morning, and discard it after 20 days. The vitamins and minerals in this beverage are ones specifically designed to help your body regulate the blood. Combined with a healthy diet and plenty of exercise, it will help you lose weight and keep your bloodstream healthy and pure.

For An Added Benefit
Aerobic exercises, such as walking, running, bicycling and swimming, are a good way to lower your blood cholesterol. Exercise also lowers your blood pressure, your blood sugar level, and your stress level. Aerobic exercise should be done on a regular basis: work up to exercising for 30 minutes at a time four or five times a week. You can also exercise for a shorter time, such as 10 to 15 minutes. But if you exercise for only 10 to 15 minutes at a time, you need to exercise more often than four or five times a week.

Tell us what you think, would you try this easy way to stop fat accumulation or have you tried it and what were your results?
