Whole grains, apples, and citrus fruits contain vitamin C, wheat germ oil, almonds. and peanut butter contain vitamin E.

Fatty acids are required to keep your body hydrated and absorb nutrients. Walnuts, fish, and kidney beans are rich in fatty acids.
