Baked Mozzarella Stick

Delicious Baked Mozzarella Sticks for your kids and family. Juicy and healthy snacks that won’t make you miss any fried or greasy nothing.

All you need is:

• Low fat mozzarella cheese strings
• ½ cup of flour
• 2 lightly beaten large eggs
• 1 cup of dry bread crumbs

First preheat the oven to 400 degrees, then cut the mozzarella strings in half and put them in the freezer for 15 minutes, so they exude less while backing.
