I cannot say enough good things about meditation, it has changed my life, for the better. It’s great for reducing stress, helping alleviate pain, brings a sense of well-being, slows the heart rate, and many other wonderful things. I try to meditate every morning before my day is hit by stress, and again most evenings. Enjoy!
