Healthy Sleep Positions

Is the way you sleep making you snore more? Or is it helping wrinkles to form? What makes your pain worse? What makes your pain better? I find personally, I change positions during the night depending on pain level. I usually sleep in a modified side position as it is the only way I can get really comfortable, and I use several pillows. If one of these sounds more appealing to you than how you currently sleep, you can practice sleeping in a different position.
