Okay, so you planned your meal perfectly, but how much is in one and one-half cups lettuce? How can you tell if you have 3 ounces of chicken? Or a serving of dressing? This poster shows it perfectly by the size of your hands, at least for a guide. There is great difference among hand sizes, my son’s hands are almost twice the size of mine. This gives a great general idea so you can make an educated guess.
