We call them by many different aliases as there are shapes and colors. Some of them bring about the occasional eye roll with names like chesticles, honker burgers, man-killer, and smothers brothers. A few others are quite colorful and imaginative like babushkas, snuggle pups, maracas, and Golden Globes. Whether you decide to call your twins, girls, or Mary Kate and Ashley, your breasts are undoubtedly a big part of your womanhood.

Breasts come in different sizes, shapes, or forms. When a woman is not satisfied with how her rack fairs compared to others, there are several natural breast enhancement techniques that can be applied.

Essentially, breasts are just the two lumps of flesh hanging on a woman’s chest. Why do they draw too much attention?

Biology tells us that the main functions of the woman’s breasts are to sustain and to nurture the life of babies. The mammary glands, as they are also called, are where the milk is produced and acquired. This is a beautiful thing gifted to a woman. Because of this, the woman’s bosom is also likened to Mother Earth. The shape and role of the breasts bear resemblance to the earth’s magnificent mountains, life-giving waters, and abundant mound.

Once a girl starts to enter the delicate stage of puberty, she begins to cross the threshold to sexual maturation. As early as nine years old, physical changes become visible in a girl’s body. She has a growth spurt, hair appears in her private area, and blood comes out of her vagina every month. Of course, her flat chest begins to grow more noticeable that she has to support the appendage by wearing a bra.

Several factors that affect the size of a woman’s breasts are genetics, metabolism, medical history, and hormones. Much like a man’s preference about the size of his genitals, most women prefer to have bigger breasts. Having a well-endowed chest is sometimes equated to having high self-esteem. On the flip side, some with smaller breasts feel like less of a woman. Since certain social constructs condition us to believe that bigger is better, those with flat chest feel that they lack something and become insecure about their bodies. This is one of the main reasons why getting breast enhancement becomes an option.

More than a confidence boost, a bigger rack boosts a woman’s sexual well-being and satisfaction. Because she feels more secure, magic happens. Her partner picks up on it too and ultimately, the sex becomes better.

There are certain clothes and silhouettes that drape the body of a big-busted woman better. Aided by the right kind of bra, a woman’s breasts are more pronounced with V-neck and scoop up necklines.  Perky breasts can also make any woman look younger.

Breasts are made up of fat. When a woman drops weight, her breasts droop and lose their shape. Nobody likes to see that. To get them back without the excess body weight, certain breast enhancement techniques can also be applied.

You and your twins can have a lot of fun together for a long time if you keep them in shape always.  But are breast pills the way to do it? Here are the ways on how to give your girls a boost:
