10 Things Men Do That Turn Women Off
Gentlemen, if you are looking for the love of your life or want to be the love of someone’s life, this is a list of what not to do! Even if you just desire to have a pleasant evening with a female companion, remember this: First impressions matter. Here is a list of what women are not looking for:
Poor Grooming
Women do not have their nails and hair done and spend money on clothes to meet a man with unkempt hair who needs to cut his nails, and iron his clothes.
Poor hygiene
If you have bad breath, body odor, and dirty fingernails, you will get no conversation, no dance and no chance!
Too Much Cologne
Women feel drawn to a man who is wearing cologne that smells good on him. Women feel repelled when they smell him before they see him. More is not always better. It’s okay to use less.
Bluetooth and Cell Phones
Technology is wonderful, in its place. However, you may want to unplug for the evening and enjoy the presence of the person who is with you. Besides being rude, talking to someone who is not there while ignoring someone right in front of you does not give a good impression.
Lame Pickup Lines
“Do you believe in love at first sight or should I walk by again!” “Are you tired? Because you’ve been running through my mind all day long.” Really?! Well, you have a sense of humor, and you may get a laugh, but you won’t have a date. “Hello” is a good beginning.
Insincere Compliments
Too many compliments or grandiose compliments will make her question your motives. She won’t believe you either.
Drunkenness
Women do not want to be escorted by a man who can hardly stand upright! And if you get mean, loud, and obnoxious when you drink, this is not attractive. Stay within your limits.

Irresponsibility
If you’re meeting her for a date, don’t be late. If you asked her out, pay for the evening.
Lack of Ambition
Have plans and goals for your life. That will make you appealing to her.
Preoccupied with $ex
If you are dancing with a woman for the first time, especially in public, bump and grind moves are not the best choices! Be respectful of her and the public surroundings. It could lead to a second dance.
An older woman would appreciate a slow, gentle kiss at the end of the first date versus a tongue thrust down her throat.
“You never get a second chance to make a first impression.” Make that first impression a good one.
