Ingredients:

1 ½ liters low-fat or fat-free milk

In a pot, brink the milk to a boil. Let cool to approximately 150°F.
Add the green tea powder or leaves and let sit for 20 minutes.
If loose tea leaves were used, strain the mixture to remove them.

Drink one glass of the milk-tea mixture every two hours throughout the day. In addition to this drink, consume only water and no other drinks or food. This is a one-day diet and, as with many detoxification diets, should only be done one or two days each month.

Keep in mind that green tea does contain caffeine, which is one of its metabolism stimulating properties, and drinking too close to bedtime may interfere with sleep. It may be a good idea to finish your green tea and milk mixture around your normal dinner time and then finish the day with water only.
