Another good choice is the Grilled Ranch Snack Wrap which has 270 calories and 10 grams of fat and these numbers include the sauce. The chicken used, however, has no real nutritional value.

The fast food chain Wendy’s promotes their dedication to quality and fine ingredients. Their healthiest menu option also doubles as one of their most popular and beloved menu choices. The chili is only 190 calories and 6 grams of fat. Even if you go for the large size it only adds 280 more calories. The Ultimate Chicken Grill Sandwich is another option which is only 320 calories and 7 grams of fat but the meat has no real nutritional value. To make a meal you could also include some apple slices to bring the meals total up to 440 calories and 10 grams of fat.

Taco Bell advertises that with their menu eating better is easier than ever before. Its recently added Fresco menu includes several items which have less than 9 grams of fat per serving and have 330 calories or fewer. The meats do not have any nutritional value but the best and most healthy choice is the Fresco Grilled Steak Soft Taco. It only has 160 calories and 4.5 grams of fat while also providing steak and salsa.

Burger King offers a Tendergrill Chicken Garden Salad which weighs in at 220 calories and 7 grams of fat. There is a recommended option of low-fat or fat-free dressing. They also offer Fresh Apple Fries at only 25 calories and a plain Garden Salad with 80 calories and 4.5 grams of fat.

Starbucks offers a 90 calorie and 0 grams of fat Deluxe Fruit Blend salad with varying fruit ingredients. You can also get a multigrain bagel which has320 calories and 5 grams of fat.
