Coffee Grounds Scrub for Cellulite

We all enjoy our morning cup of coffee and throw away the coffee grounds well, what if you could use them in ways you couldn’t even imagine!

Coffee grounds has many benefits:

1. It gets rid of puffy eyes
Caffeine works as an anti-inflammatory, it’s commended to use eye creams that contain caffeine to reduce swelling.

2. It minimizes the appearance of cellulite
By scrubbing hard with coffee grounds it will irritate the skin, it will get swollen thus, reducing the appearance of cellulite. This will only last 3 hours and is not recommended when you’ll be in the sun. This is the best DIY recipe for coffee grounds scrub for cellulite.

3. It exfoliates dry skin and makes it feel silky smooth.

Coffee beans may be a bit too harsh to use on your face it is a a safer option for exfoliating then body. Keep in mind scrubs shouldn’t be painful!

4. It acts as self-tanner
You can use coffee grounds as a self-tanner. I’ve used it before and it lasts for a weeks or so. Of course after couple of showers it fades away, but it’s a good natural alternative to chemical self-tanners on the market that you really don’t know what’s inside them. Ingredients: 1 cup of warm coffee grounds, half a cup of Sea Salt, two tablespoons of Olive Oil
