Yoga For Lower Back Pain

Yoga is an excellent exercise; it can help relieve many of our daily aches and pains, it helps us with building a strong core and having a better posture!

The Yoga video below will show you how to better align your Spine and relieve your lower back pain with 3 easy; yet extremely effective movements:

1. Childs Pose (Balasana) means the way of the child. You can hold in this pose for 5-10 breaths or 5-10 minutes which ever you prefer.

2. Cat Curls (Bidalasana), this is an excellent stretch by melting of the lower back and lifting your belly you will get into the perfect Cat curl.

3. Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Savanasana)
The famous downward facing dog, this is an excellent pose; it works the entire body, it builds strength and increases flexibility.
