When It Comes To Relationships, How Do You Know When Enough is Enough?

Knowing When To Leave

In a healthy relationship you feel a strong, deep connection to your partner. You may have to ask yourself if you are still feeling this connection. One of the most important things is the trust factor, is this person there for you? We know deep in our heart that if you don’t feel safe and secure with this person it’s a sign you should probably leave the relationship.

Infidelity can be a major issue, if it keeps happening you should not trust this person!

enough is enough

Negative relationships will take a toll on you emotionally and physically. Research shows that most people going through hard or negative times can develop physical problems including back or neck pain, headaches, and other problems.

If you’re in an unhealthy relationship do your health a favor and walk away.

Take your time and see if the person you are with is making you happy. Are you the most important thing in their life? Do you feel loved? Do you both cherish time spent together?
