What You Should Know About Boils


Eggs

Boil an egg and remove the white, get it wet. Apply the wet egg white directly on the boil and cover it with a clean piece of cloth.

Bacon

Bacon contains salt and fat that can be used to treat boils. Add some salt to a thick piece of bacon and place it in between two cloths then apply to the boil. Repeating this process make the boil come to a head and drains the pus from it.

Tea Tree Oil

Anti-bacterial and antifungal properties of tea tree oil make it effective for treating boils. Application of tea tree oil on the boil speeds up the healing process and provides relief from the discomfort. Dip a clean piece of cloth, preferably cotton, in the oil and gently massage it on the boil. Repeat this 5-6 times a day to see your boils go away.

The above-mentioned remedies are all homemade if the boils do not go away for an extended period see your doctor to make sure it’s not something more serious.
