Better Chest Without Surgery
The chest is an important area for many men and women. There are many women who are concerned about their small breast size as there are many flattering dresses that require bigger breasts. There are several reasons behind a small chest, like decreases in estrogen in the female body and increases in testosterone, also genetics. There are certain foods, herbs, exercises, and tips that can help you enhance your chest. Here are some useful tips:
Push-ups – This exercise is good for strengthening your pectoral area which makes your chest muscles bigger. Start with 3 sets of 15 push-ups daily and you will feel a difference in your chest size. Lie down on your stomach and bend your arms at your sides. Push yourself up with flat palms on the floor then slowly come down. Keep your feet on the floor while you push yourself up.
Dumbbells – A 5 pound (2.3 kg) dumbbell is good for your chest. Hold one in each hand while sitting straight in a chair. Lift your hands with dumbbells to shoulder level and slowly count to 5. Then release and go back to starting position. Practice 3 sets of 5 rounds daily to see improvements.
Bench – Lie on your back on a bench. Hold the same dumbbells in each hand and stretch your arms outside until they are parallel with your shoulders, slowly raise your weights up until your arms meet keeping them straight. Release and come back to starting position. Repeat 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
Fresh vegetables, whole grains, and fruit – Sometimes the cause of small female breasts is over-production of testosterone. Try eating more fresh fruit and vegetables (except broccoli) that prevent over-production of testosterone.
Foods enriched with estrogen – kidney beans, soy beans, and peas are a few foods that are estrogen-enriched and help enhance the chest by increasing production of estrogen. This estrogen should not be confused with artificial estrogen used in hormone-replacement.
Fenugreek – Fenugreek is very effective in enhancing chest size, it triggers growth in two ways: 1. By imitating the effects of estrogen 2. By stimulating the effects of prolactin. These two hormones are important in development and growth of the chest. Fenugreek also helps eliminate body odor.
Fennel seeds –Fennel seeds are known for their estrogen-boosting properties. You can use them for cooking and can enjoy without any extra effort. You can also make fennel seed tea as it is even more effective.
Red clover – Red clover has long been used for various gynecological issues including menopause-related problems. It also helps reduce risk of heart disease. Red clover has 4 phytoestrogens including the important genistein which is tied to breast growth. Use it by steeping 1-3 dry flowers in a cup of hot water for 15 minutes, enjoy three times daily.
Rubbing or massaging the chest can boost its size and keep it firm. It increases blood circulation and stimulates hormones. Rub vigorously with your hands to generate heat, keep your hands on your chest and feel the heat seep in. Firmly rub the chest outward in a circular motion, right in clockwise direction and left hand counter-clockwise. Perform 100-300 circles, make sure you perform the same number of circles in each direction. Then reverse direction and rub inward.
5. Essential Oils
Adding essential oil to your massage can make it more effective. Try 9 drops geranium and 16 drops Ylang Ylang in almond oil. Rub this mixture in twice a day. It will help keep you healthy and develop your tissues. It also helps with premenstrual syndrome or cycle problems.
