Rion Holcombe is a twenty year old student with Down Syndrome. Couple of months ago he applied for Clemson University’s LIFE program, which is designed for young students with intellectual disabilities. Watch this heartwarming video that her mom recorded when Rion got his acceptance letter for the Fall 2014 semester:
