Lifting heavy objects in an incorrect way is a common cause of joint pain and muscle injuries. An easy way to avoid this is to avoid lifting all together. Whenever possible, don’t try to lift heavy objects by yourself, instead try to slide them. This will keep pressure from your joints and protect them.

2. Exercise

Spending 30 minutes three times a week working out is a good way to keep joints pain-free. Light exercise like cycling, running, swimming, and light weight-training are best for joints. Consult your doctor before starting any exercise program to ensure that its safe for you.

3. Eat healthy

The overall health of our joints and bones largely depends on the type of food we eat. For maintaining healthy joints its essential to maintain a healthy diet rich in calcium, iron, and other essential nutrients. Eating more fruits and veggies and less fast food is helpful. Mutton is very good for joint health.
