• Mustard oil
This oil is considered one of the strongest stimulants as it stimulates excretion, digestion, and circulation, and increases the production of digestive juices. Having a massage of mustard oil provides relief in rheumatism and arthritis, sprains and aches. It’s useful massaged on the soles of feet to provide relief of cold and chills.

• Chamomile oil
Its power to relieve stress makes it an important element. It is quite useful for inflamed or irritated skin. It promotes the growth of new cells and improves dry and itchy skin. It also helps calm the nervous system.

• Lavender
Lavender oil is widely used for its soothing capabilities. It helps in relaxing the mind and reduces inflammation. Apply some of this oil to reduce stress and add some drops of it to your pillow for a good sleep.

• Sandalwood
This is long lasting oil. It is very useful to calm and focus the senses. By adding a few drops of this oil to your body lotion it provides skin hydration and relieves tension. It also refreshes the mood with its lovely fragrance.

• Tea Tree
Tea tree oil is considered to be the most essential oil as it helps in fighting infections and boosts the immune system. Its healing capabilities are excellent. It is used to treat dandruff, athlete’s foot, skin conditions, cuts and burns, etc. Add a few drops of it to your shampoo to make your scalp healthy.
