1. Do You Start Your Day Off Right?
Attract positive things in your life with positive thoughts: The past is gone and done; you live in the present and thinking about the future is worrying about something that is not here yet! Don’t push yourself, everything in life is a process: A baby first crawls then walks then runs. One step at a time and you will achieve what you believe.

2. What is consuming all of your energy and time?
We tend to stress out over little situations, we skip from one thing to another without fixing or facing what came up first. It is important to think positive even though the situation you are facing is hard or messy. Staying calm and the right attitude is what is going to work best for everybody. Finding solutions becomes an easier task when you stay calm.

3. When was the last time you took a deep breath?
Take a deep breath; Inhale and exhale! hold your breath for 3 seconds and release it slowly, clear your mind; think about a happy relaxed and peaceful state of mind! Include time for reflection in your daily routine; Release your tension through the practice of meditation! Meditating helps you maintain inner harmony. It has a lot of amazing benefits for your health: it reduces stress and improves blood circulation, it also helps build a stronger immune system.

4. What is essential in your life?
A healthy body and mind is what we need in order to feel good. As we grow older, we change a lot: we assume more responsibilities and face more stressful situations, so keeping your brain active with positive thoughts and exercises will help you face stressful situations more prepared. Finding a new hobby such as dancing or learning a musical instrument will create a body-mind connection, as well as helps you improve memory and concentration.

5. Have you counted your blessings?
You might feel overwhelmed, depressed or stressed out over something, you can think about all the bad things going on in your life right now, but I bet that if you sit down and write a list about all the blessings you have in your life, the negative things will slowly vanish. Don’t forget you have the gift of life, breathe, you can enjoy, feel, see a lot of things. Being happy is a choice. Choose to live and feel blessed.

6. What are your goals and dreams?
In order to have a dream we have to believe, have faith and believe it is possible if we commit ourselves. Sometimes we use words and forget to put them in action. But don’t let your dreams and goals turn into ambitions! Never forget the personal value of them, with a head down you won’t see the right way that will lead you to them. Keep your head up and put those words into action, believing in yourself makes everything possible.

7. When was the last time you did something for yourself?
You need to learn how to love your soul and body, listen to what your body is asking you for, exfoliate your face and body, pamper your skin and hair, detox your body, eat vegetables and fruits, and give yourself a treat every now and then! Optimum health is obtained by eating healthy, exercising, getting good sleep, relaxing and positive attitude. Make some time for yourself, laugh with yourself, enjoy living in your own body, play your favorite happy song as loud as you can, do the chicken dance and release your body from negative and stressful thoughts.

8. When was the last time you had a good night sleep?
Poor quality sleep has tremendous side effects, all negative for your health and it affects how your mind and body will function. Poor sleep prevents us from repairing and restoring. Do some yoga before sleep, drink a hot tea and have a sound sleep! You deserve it!
