This one requires nothing other than the versatile, delicious banana! You can try it with any fruit you like, just make sure the texture has adequate creaminess. The smidgen of fat in bananas makes a magic trick when they are frozen and blended, turning creamy instead of crumbly.

• Peel your bananas first
• Cut them into small pieces
• Freeze for just 1-2 hours
• Blend, blend, blend – scraping down the bowl when they stick
• Enjoy the magic moment when they turn into ice ‘cream’ – flavor as desired
