Strong Legs Workout

There are few things better to complete your goals than challenging yourself, so why not? You are your best personal trainer, and if you don’t do it, no else will do it for you.

The best part is, you don’t need anything but your own body to hit a whole range of lower body muscles with the following exercises.

• Your glutes with the squats and sumo squats (remember to contract your glutes when returning to stand to increase the effectiveness)
• Your quads and hamstrings with lunges and squats (to increase resistance, go low in the lunge and squat)
• Your calves with calf raises (perform with step or block to increase difficulty)
• Your lower abs with leg raises (slow and controlled movement)
