Raw banana sushi breakfast is a very creative and healthy idea for a quick meal, I use chard leaves but you can use any green leaf you want such as kale, spinach, or romaine leaves.
All you need is:
1 banana
1 large Swiss chard, collard, kale, or romaine lettuce leaf
1 Tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon agave nectar
Preparation is even simpler than the ingredients, first cut the thickest part of the stem of your leaf and spread the crease of the leaf with the almond butter and agave nectar. Cut the banana in half and place it in the middle of the leaf and wrap it up nearly from right to left. Slice into 4-5 pieces and voila! Enjoy your raw sushi breakfast, a creative a delicious way to start your day!
