You would think, with the rising costs of healthcare, and so many people’s ability to get health insurance limited or just not an option, that the food industry would make healthier options cheaper and change the rules a bit. Most of us can’t remember but our grandparents and great-grandparents could tell us that white sugar and flour was only for a special occasion, ordinary fare was whole grain bread and honey. Sad that all of are healthy options are way too expensive for most people. For example, look at these examples of legislation:
