I love sweet potatoes!  No matter how you like to eat them they are healthy and delicious. They are full of vitamins, antioxidants, good for skin and eyes, help lower blood pressure, and a great tool for weight loss as they are fiber-rich and satisfying. For more check this I bake them and use a little bit of herbs and enjoy them very much.
