Flank Steak Chopped Steakhouse Salad

All you need is:

1 pound of trimmed lean flank steak
3/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 romaine chopped lettuce hearts
4 plum tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 large carrot
1/2 medium red onion
1/3 cup reduced-fat crumbled blue cheese
3 tablespoons light sour cream
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
