2 Miraculous Weight Loss Drinks

RECIPE:

  • 1 cup unsweetened 100% cranberry juice
  • 7 cups purified water
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 Cup fresh squeezed orange juice (approx 3 oranges)
  • 1/4 Cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (approx1-2 lemons)

DIRECTIONS:

Bring water to a boil; add cranberry juice, reduce heat to low
Add cinnamon, ginger, & numeg, stir and let simmer for 20 minutes; let it cool down to room temperature
Stir in orange & lemon juices..Add ice and enjoy!

Studies show one glass of matcha green tea equivalent of 10 glasses of regular green tea in terms of antioxidant and nutritional value.

This drink has cancer fighting and fat burning properties and also boosts metabolism in your body.

  • 1.25 tsp matcha green tea (I use DavidsTea’s Matcha Matsu)
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • some honey
  • 1 c frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 1 c pineapple
  • 1/2 to 1 c water (depending on how thick you like your smoothies)

Use the blender and you are good to go .
