Great poster for people who sit at a desk for part (or all!!) of the workday. Incorrect sitting and computer placement can lead to increased, unnecessary pain. This is exactly the same stuff our occupational therapist at the hospital where I used to work did to my office so it’s the real stuff. Also, remember to get up and walk around!
