Arsenic and Rice

While learning about the rice and arsenic thing I became angry and frustrated, after all, I have to be able to eat something! Serving a food that recommends not being fed to children is not good enough, in my opinion, but I cannot afford to only buy organic and I don’t have a yard for gardening at present, I found this poster that outlines some good ideas to reduce arsenic consumption, while we look for better alternatives. There will be more on this, it’s just a starter.
