The Power of Papaya

Such a delicious and amazing fruit, papaya can decrease your chance of getting cataracts, help you to lose weight, and build up your immune system, for starters. It’s delicious in a salad, with yogurt, in a smoothie, or all by itself. If you are not sure, use my rule of thumb, buy 2, give them a solid try in a couple ways, then see how much you like it!
