Beans are Kidney shaped! They help with the functioning of the kidneys.

They’re low in fat, and offer protein and a variety of vitamins and minerals.

Beans are comparable to meat when it comes to calories, but they really shine in terms of fiber and water content, two ingredients that make you feel fuller, faster. Adding beans to your diet helps cut calories without feeling deprived.

So in conclusion, all you really have to do is take a good look at your food to know which part of your body it’s good for!!!
