The Benefits of Meditation
Mediation lessens stress, lowers blood pressure, decreases anxiety and depression, and enhances your sense of well-being. I am a big advocate of meditation, and practice mindfulness most often. This poster will show you the most common types and a short rundown on how to perform them, I recommend trying different styles, and incorporating them into your life at different times as needed, or go with what makes you most comfortable.
