Breastfeeding 101

Yesterday we posted something on the benefits of breastfeeding, now here is something about how it works, and some general guidelines. It is not quite as easy to figure out as you might think if you have never done it. I learned from a nun when my daughter was born, my mom took a picture, it’s still one of my favorites, it must have been one of Sister Maureen’s too, after her death the picture was sent back to us with a note. Also, it helps your body get rid of extra pregnancy weight!
