I know we talk about mental health often, it is the most overlooked aspect of a person’s overall health. There is, unfortunately, some stigma attached to mental health issues that make many uncomfortable. We are not ashamed if we have the flu, allergies, or cancer, we need to not be ashamed of depression or anxiety or any other problem. The best way to do this is by education. I hope you enjoy this:
