Vegan Pumpkin Cupcakes


It’s baking season, and if I had this helper in my kitchen I would bake with him every day!

The video is charming, the host is super adorable, the cupcakes look easy and delicious, I am picking up the rest of the ingredients this weekend to try it, I think you all should too!

Personally I would use fresh pumpkin rather than canned for an even better taste, pumpkins are everywhere and so cheap this time of year. Using fresh ingredients when possible gives all your cooking that”something extra special.” Better yet, get together with a few friends and have a pumpkin stewing party, share utensils, visit, roast the seeds for the kids, sounds like fun to me!
