They are considered to be the secret fountain of youth; they are the most enzyme rich food on the planet. Enzymes are made out of vitamins and minerals which are essential for our bodies growth and development.

The enzymes in sprouts help with our digestion and cell regeneration; which will slow the aging process, prevent and cure diseases and strengthen our immune system!

Sprouts are very easy to incorporate into our daily diet; they can be eaten with anything, cooked with rice, in soups, sandwiches, salads, wraps, top them on top of everything even pizza and most commonly they are used in stir-fries.

Sprouts are living food even after they are harvested and refrigerated they will continue to grow slowly and their vitamin content will actually increase the opposite of other store bought fruits and vegetables which start loosing their vitamins as soon as they’re picked!
