Milk is great with tonsillitis. Boil milk and add a pinch of turmeric powder and pepper. Drink this 3 nights in a row when suffering from inflamed tonsils.

Gargling with fenugreek water can help severe tonsillitis. Add two tablespoons fenugreek seeds to 1 liter water and boil for half an hour. Let it cool then strain. 9. Humidify your environment
