Decrease consumption of meat

Decreasing the consumption of meat and dairy products is also a good way of detoxifying your body. This reduces congestion in the body and promotes elimination.

Take turmeric daily

Add one teaspoon turmeric to a small glass of water and add it to soups or stews. Consumption in capsule form is also a good idea. It contains the phytonutrient curcumin which is one of the most powerful liver protectors.

Smile and laugh

Staying happy and finding positivity in everything is key to a detoxified body. Smile and laugh more. A positive attitude reduces the number of stress chemicals in the body. As they say laughter is the best medicine.
