Banana Cream Pie, Kinda...

I love pie, but I cannot in good conscience very often eat all the things that are in pie. I started doing this, it is incredibly delicious, has protein and filling fiber, and a serving of fruit, all for about 200 calories!

Use 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 1/2 banana, 1 graham cracker, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Super easy, super delicious! Read your labels, graham crackers vary widely in ingredients. I also do this with strawberries, peaches, whatever fruit I have on hand. The graham adds a nice crunch without the excess sugar and calories of most granola.
