Raw Broccoli Hummus

This recipe is a perfect way to reap the amazing health benefits of broccoli in a different and creative way, and the perfect way to help your kids eat their veggies! Your body will thank you for the boost of calcium and protein, enjoy this amazing raw broccoli hummus!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups chopped raw broccoli
1 1/2 cups chopped raw zucchini
1/3 cup raw sesame tahini
2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 Tablespoon organic mustard
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Raw-Broccoli-Hummus

Place all the veggies into a food processor until finely chopped, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth, if you feel the mix is too thick add a thin stream of water until it reaches the desired consistency. Use as a dip, on a wrap, or however you like. Enjoy!
