Mental illness is misunderstood and still has a negative stigma attached. It goes hand in hand with my autoimmune and chronic diseases, as well as occurring on its own. It’s often an invisible illness, or misdiagnosed, and people are just miserable without knowing why. This amazing poster has some great numbers about mental illness, and some little known facts.
