A stroke, or cerebrovascular accident (CVA) kills over 130,000 people every year. That’s too many. Know the warning signs, know the risk factors, try to eliminate as many as you can. You can’t change your age or your race, so change the things you can, smoking, excessive drinking, cholesterol levels, etc. This is a great poster with all this information on it, and more!
