According to the Guinness Book of Records, the world’s oldest yogi is Ms. Tao Porchon-Lynch and at 93 she is still active and teaching yoga. After decades of dedication, Ms. Porchon Lynch is considered a yoga master by many of her peers and followers, and even with hip replacement, she practices yoga and dance often in her apartment in New York City.
