Couple of weeks ago Fitness Magazine had an interview with Jillian Michaels, celebrity personal trainer and writer, that you may know her from THE BIGGEST LOSER show. During interview they asked her about their healthiest snack picks and these are her top 4 snacks:
1- Hummus and veggie sticks
2- One hard-boiled egg and one piece of fruit
3- Barbecue or sweet potato popchips.
4- 22 days protein bars
